Le Tigre

Le Tigre is an American electronic rock band formed in 1998 by Kathleen Hanna, Johanna Fateman, and Sadie Benning. With their left-wing sociopolitical lyrics, they address feminism and the LGBT community. Mixing punk's directness with playful samples, eclectic pop, and lo-fi electronics, Le Tigre creates a unique sound. Their live shows incorporate multimedia and performance art elements, often featuring support from like-minded acts such as The Need. After a hiatus, Le Tigre reunited in 2023 and has been touring together again.
