Lupe Fiasco

Lupe Fiasco, born Wasalu Muhammad Jaco, is an American rapper, record producer, and entrepreneur. He gained fame in 2006 with his debut album "Lupe Fiasco's Food & Liquor" and is also the frontman of rock band Japanese Cartoon. As CEO of 1st and 15th Entertainment, Fiasco has made a name for himself in the music industry. Raised in Chicago, he initially disliked hip hop but later embraced it after recording songs in his father's basement. With three Grammy nominations under his belt, Fiasco continues to make waves with his thought-provoking lyrics.

In addition to music, Fiasco has ventured into fashion with two clothing lines: Righteous Kung-Fu and Trilly & Truly. He has even designed sneakers for Reebok. Known for his charitable endeavors, he participated in the Summit on the Summit expedition and recorded a benefit single for victims of the Haiti earthquake in 2010. Not only does Fiasco express his anti-establishment views through interviews but also through his music.
