Porno For Pyros

Porno for Pyros was an American alternative rock band formed in Los Angeles, California, in 1992. The band consisted of former members of Jane's Addiction - Perry Farrell on vocals, Stephen Perkins on drums - along with Peter DiStefano on guitar and Martyn LeNoble on bass. They released two studio albums, Porno for Pyros (1993) and Good God's Urge (1996), before disbanding in 1998.

With roots in the breakup of Jane's Addiction, Porno for Pyros emerged as a force to be reckoned with in the alternative rock scene. Led by the charismatic Perry Farrell, known for his distinctive vocals and captivating stage presence, the band showcased their unique sound that blended elements of rock, punk, and psychedelia.

Their self-titled debut album garnered critical acclaim and commercial success with hits like "Pets" and "Cursed Female." Their sophomore release, Good God's Urge, further solidified their reputation as innovators within the genre.
