Bernie Worrell

Bernie Worrell was an American keyboardist, composer, and record producer. He is best known as a founding member of Parliament-Funkadelic and for his work with Talking Heads. Born on April 19, 1944 in Long Branch, New Jersey, Worrell's musical career spanned several decades and genres.

With his innovative use of synthesizers and keyboards, *Worrell* helped shape the sound of funk music in the 1970s. His contributions to Parliament-Funkadelic's iconic albums such as "Mothership Connection" and "One Nation Under a Groove" solidified his status as a pioneer in the genre.
