fIREHOSE

fIREHOSE was an alternative rock band formed in 1986 by Mike Watt, Ed Crawford, and George Hurley. The band was created after the death of D. Boon, the front man of their previous band Minutemen. Initially hesitant, Watt and Hurley decided to give Crawford a chance after he reached out to them about starting a new band. fIREHOSE went on to record 5 LPs before disbanding in 1994.
