Jonzip McNeill, lead singer and rhythm guitarist with veteran Glasgow punk band, The Zips, releases a solo acoustic version of 19 Forevva, which was first recorded by the band for the album of the same name. However, apart from the song’s title, they couldn’t be any further apart. Whilst, the band’s version defiantly celebrates an eternal misspent youth, Jonzip looks back reflectively, with bittersweet memories of that seminal age.
