Julie London

Julie London was an American actress, singer, and recording artist. Born on September 26, 1926 in Santa Rosa, California, she began her career as an actress in the 1940s. After marrying actor Jack Webb, she took a break from acting but eventually transitioned into a successful jazz/pop singer under the guidance of Bobby Troup, whom she later married. London left her film career to focus on singing full-time and recorded her last studio album in 1969. She also starred alongside Troup in the TV series "Emergency!" for several years.

Throughout her career, Julie London's smooth vocals captivated audiences with their jazz-infused style. Her talent as both an actress and singer allowed her to leave a lasting impact on the entertainment industry.
