1) If I pay monthly, when will my card be charged?

We process monthly membership payments on the first day of each calendar month.

2) What if my album doesn’t arrive on the first Friday of the month?

We mail out albums to arrive on the first Friday of each month, but sometimes, depending on mail services or conditions, this may be delayed. If you’ve not received your album by the middle of the following week, please let us know. Please note, sometimes our albums of the month are imports, so this might also delay shipping.

3) Can I exchange an album if I really don’t like it?

We hope everyone gives each recommended album a chance to become liked, as favorites often start as the hardest to appreciate. However, if you really don’t like an album then, yes, of course, we’ll happily exchange, at no additional cost, for one of our other nine Albums of the Month.

4) How does Priority Pre-ordering work?

If you’re logged in to, the website will recognize that you’re a member. Certain items will be displayed as only available to members to pre-order, which you will be able to do seamlessly when logged in. We'll alert you when Priority Pre-order releases become available.

5) Can I buy/send gift membership as a physical gift card?

Not yet, but we will have these available to buy online and in store soon.

6) Can I cancel my monthly membership at any time, without penalty?
