Sir James Paul McCartney CH MBE is a British singer, composer/songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist most famous for being a member of The Beatles. He is also a published poet, painter, philanthropist, animal rights activist, and multi-media executive/producer. McCartney has been recognised as the most successful and popular composer/songwriter/entertainer in the history of popular music.

After the Beatles disbanded, he debuted as a solo artist with the 1970 album "McCartney" and formed the band Wings with his first wife, Linda, and Denny Laine. He resumed his solo career after Wings broke up in April 1981.

McCartney received appointment as Member of the Order of the British Empire in 1965 and was knighted for services to music in 1997. He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame both as a member of The Beatles (1988) and as a solo artist (1999). In addition to his musical achievements, McCartney has had personal successes including marriage to Linda McCartney until her passing; fathering children Mary McCartney, Stella McCartney, James McCartney; marrying Heather Mills with whom they had daughter Beatrice Milly before separating; finally marrying Nancy Shevell.

4CD - The four-disc (3CD and 1DVD) limited deluxe edition of Wild Life's features the full album remastered at Abbey Road Studios plus 25 bonus audio tracks including rough mixes of the album, original single edits, B-sides, home recordings and other previously unreleased material across three CDs. The set’s DVD features rare footage of acoustic home videos, rehearsals and more. The Wild Life deluxe package includes a 128-page book written by David Fricke telling the story behind the album – including track-by-track information and new interviews with Paul and key album personnel, a 48-page scrapbook of tour diaries, lyrics and set lists, unpublished Polaroids, lyrics, notes and memorabilia from the MPL archives. Wild Life's download redemption card provides access to all audio in HD 24/96kHz unlimited high-resolution versions.
