Album artwork for Ola by Geins't Nait / Laura Petitgand / Scanner

Featured in the documentary "Who Killed Nancy" alongside KaS Product, Thierry Mérigout aka Geins't Naït brings together two artists with whom he has already collaborated. First is his long-time alter ego Laurent Petitgand, Wim Wenders' frequent accomplice, with whom he has already released three albums on Ici d'Ailleurs' Mind Travels Series. On the other hand is Robin Rimbaud aka Scanner, a reference and a true staple of the ambient scene with past collaborations including Kim Cascone or Alva Noto. The result is an intense and immersive album, often cold and mechanical, dark and yet strangely reassuring, haunted by fascinating voices such as Gilles Deleuze's, rangin from dark ambient to haunted techno.
