Modesto, CA’s influential indie-rock group Grandaddy announced a repress of their long out-of-print classic second LP, 2000’s The Sophtware Slump on limited-edition colored vinyl via Dangerbird Records. With a meticulous yet scruffy sound which continues to draw comparisons to a post-millennial OK Computer, Pitchfork praised The Sophtware Slump as a “sad, quaint, low-key Y2K-era classic.”
