In celebration of Thrill Jockey’s 25th anniversary, Jeff Parker’s 2005 album The Relatives returns to vinyl for the first time in over a decade. The album features Parker joined by percussionist Chad Taylor, bassist Chris Lopes and pianist Sam Barsheshet. Jeff Parker is a multi-instrumentalist best known as a member of Tortoise as well as his work with Isotope 217, Fred Anderson, Rob Mazurek, Tricolor, Chicago Underground, Brian Blade Fellowship, Makaya McCraven, Toumani Diabaté, Matana Roberts and Meshell Ndegeocello.
