Album artwork for Where Did Our Love Go (RSD Black Friday 2022) by The Supremes

Where Did Our Love Go was the 2nd studio album by The Supremes. Originally released in 1964, it introduced “The Motown Sound” to the masses and was, at the time, the highest-ranking album by an all-female group. It reached #2 for 4 consecutive weeks and remained on the chart for an unprecedented 89 weeks. It includes their first #1 hits, “Where Did Our Love Go,” “Baby Love,” and “Come See About Me,” which made them the first act in Billboard’s history to have three #1 hits from the same album. Written and produced by Motown’s main production team, Holland-Dozier-Holland, “Where Did Our Love Go” was listed by Rolling Stone as one of the 500 Greatest Songs of All Time and was selected for preservation in the National Recording Registry in 2016 due to its “cultural, historic, or artistic” significance. This is the first official vinyl reissue in more than 40 years.
