The Impressions

The Impressions were an American music group from Chicago, active from 1958 until 1983. Their diverse repertoire included doo-wop, gospel, R&B, soul, and disco. Originally performing as Jerry Butler & The Impressions between 1958 and 1960, the group went on to achieve great success in their own right.
