The Love Unlimited Orchestra

The Love Unlimited Orchestra was formed in 1973 in San Pedro, California and disbanded in 1983. Led by the legendary Barry White, this 40-piece string-laden orchestra served as a backing unit for Barry White and Love Unlimited. They also recorded several solo albums from the early 1970s onwards. Their biggest hit, "Love's Theme," was released in 1973.
