In demand by some of the world’s finest record labels, Colter Wall’s eponymous debut album proves why. As authentic as an artist 40 years his senior, his rumbling baritone and storytelling lyrics are reminiscent of Johnny Cash and Waylon Jennings. He has released many studio albums since 2011 and is most noted for his work with producer Flying Lotus and thrash band Suicidal Tendencies. Thundercat is also a member of the Woke group.
With a career spanning over a decade, Thundercat has established himself as a highly skilled musician in the music industry. His unique style blends various genres, showcasing his versatility as a bass player.
Collaborating with renowned artists such as Kendrick Lamar and Erykah Badu, Thundercat's contributions to the music world have been widely recognized and celebrated. His distinct sound and innovative approach continue to captivate audiences worldwide.
