Urinals

Urinals is a Los Angeles punk rock band that was formed in 1978 as a five-piece parody of the punk rock genre. The original lineup consisted of Delia Frankel on vocals, Steve Willard on guitar, Kevin Barrett on toy drums, Kjehl Johansen on toy organ, and John Jones (later known as Talley-Jones) on bass. Although they later changed their name to *inspired by Chairman Mao Zedong's famous quote*, the band disbanded in 1983.

In 1996, Urinals reformed under the name The *a177624* and released a CD of new material in 2003. They went through another name change to Chairs of Perception before reverting back to The *a177624* in 2008. Throughout their career, the band had various members including Delia Frankel on vocals (1978), *a2144122* on guitar (1978), *a715346* on guitar and vocals (1978-1983, 1996-1998), *a962668* on guitar and vocals (1998-2005), and *a457401* on guitar and vocals (1998).

Known for their unique sound and style, Urinals drew inspiration from bands like Electric Eels, Crime, Saccharine Trust, Dicks, Wipers, Dead Moon, Country Teasers, Flipper, The Weirdos
