Motorpsycho

Motorpsycho is a Norwegian rock band that was formed in Trondheim in 1989. The original line-up consisted of Bent Sæther, Hans Magnus Ryan, and Kjell Runar Jenssen. They derived their name from a Russ Meyer film and released their first album "Lobotomizer" in 1991. After the departure of Jenssen, Håkon Gebhardt joined as the drummer and remained with the band for 14 years until his departure in 2005 to pursue other projects.

Their music is characterized by its diverse range of styles, incorporating elements of progressive rock, psychedelia, and alternative rock. Over the years, Motorpsycho has gained a loyal following with their unique sound and experimental approach to songwriting.
