Roddy Woomble

Roddy Woomble is a Scottish lead singer and founding member of Edinburgh rock band Idlewild. Born in 1976, he has also worked as a solo performer, releasing his debut folk album My Secret Is My Silence on John McCusker's Pure Records label in 2006. Throughout his career, Woomble has collaborated with artists like Kate Rusby and Karine Polwart amongst others.
