The X-Certs

The X-Certs are a UK punk band from Bristol. Formed in the late 1970s, the original lineup consisted of Clive Arnold, Simon Justice, Phil Lovering (TAFF), and Neil Mackie. Later on, the band underwent some changes with Clive Arnold, Kevin Mills, Chris Bostock, and Neil Mackie joining forces.
