BMG Rights Management is a multinational label that was established as a joint venture between Bertelsmann AG and Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. It operates under the name BMG Chrysalis in the USA, UK, and Sweden, following its acquisition of Chrysalis plc. In 2012, Bertelsmann bought out Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co.'s share of the company after an unsuccessful attempt to acquire EMI's recorded-music assets. While BMG Rights Management is the successor of the original Bertelsmann Music Group (BMG), it has undergone significant changes and now operates independently with no connection to its former incarnation.

Haelos release their sophomore effort, Any Random Kindness, via Infectious. Any Random Kindness examines the search for connection in an increasingly fractured world. It’s the follow up to 2016’s intricately-layered, trip hop-influenced Full Circle, a debut album “that both cements them in a genre and leaves them room to grow” (Pitchfork). The band recorded the album, produced by member Dom Goldsmith, at Baltic Studios in East London and at their home studio.
