The band members include Øyvind Jakobsen, Mathias Eick, Kjell Martinsen, Eirik Lye, Silje Salomonsen and Ådne Sæverud. In August 2006, Øyvind Berekvam and Morten J. Olsen left the band.
Dybdahl's debut album also shares the same name as his backing band - The Great October Sound.
