Thou is a sludge/doom metal band hailing from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Formed in 2005, the band has been making waves in the heavy music scene with their unique sound and intense live performances.
The current lineup consists of Matthew Thudium, Andy Gibbs, KC Stafford, Mitch Wells, Tyler Coburn, and Bryan Funck. With three guitarists providing a wall of crushing riffs, a solid bass foundation, thunderous drums, and powerful vocals, Thou creates a sonic experience that is both haunting and cathartic.
Influenced by bands like The Body, Indian, Cough, YOB and Grief among others; Thou has carved out their own niche within the genre. Their music combines elements of sludge metal with doom metal to create an atmosphere that is dark and brooding.

Melbourne metalcore five-piece Thornhill's hugely-anticipated debut full-length album The Dark Pool which marks the bands assault on an expectant heavy scene.
