George Clanton

George Clanton is a multidiscipline artist best known as the founder of 100% Electronica. He has been a prominent figure in the Vaporwave genre since 2012, gaining recognition for his music under various aliases. In 2015, he released his album "100% Electronica" under his real name, which was highly acclaimed and named one of the top albums of the year by Gorilla Vs Bear. His music has been described as reminiscent of Ariel Pink and John Maus, with Pitchfork praising him as an artist that chillwave could have used a decade ago. Alongside his own discography, Clanton also established the 100% Electronica record label and fashion line, featuring talented vaporwave artists such as Small Black, Negative Gemini, and Windows 96.
