Lola was best known for her role as Edie Hart, a sultry singer and girlfriend of private eye Peter Gunn, on the TV series Peter Gunn. In addition to her acting career, Lola had a passion for music from a young age and studied piano for two decades. Both of her parents were gospel music singers.
