Moses Boyd

British drummer, composer, producer, and electronic musician, Moses Boyd is a highly acclaimed artist in the jazz scene. Born on 30 April 1991 in London, England, UK, he has achieved numerous accolades throughout his career. Notably, he won the Worshipful Company of Music young jazz musician of the year award in 2014 and the MOBO Awards' best jazz act in 2015. Additionally, he received the John Peel 'Play More Jazz Award’ from the Gilles Peterson Worldwide Awards in 2016.

Boyd's talent extends beyond his solo work as he has collaborated with renowned artists such as *Lonnie Liston Smith*, *Ed Motta*, *Little Simz*, *Four Tet*, *Floating Points*, *Sampha*, *Zara McFarlane*, and *Gilles Peterson*. He has also led his own outfits The Exodus and Solo Exodus which fuse influences from jazz, grime, and electronica.
