Competition Terms & Conditions:

UK

1. The giveaway is being run by Rough Trade.
2. In entering the giveaway, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
3. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
4. Rough Trade will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
5. Only those who sign up before the deadline date and time, stated on the competition page, will be eligible to win.
6. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
7. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
8. The decision of Rough Trade regarding any aspect of the giveaway is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
9. The entrant will be notified within a week of the competition entry deadline closing via the email provided.
10. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the giveaway being used by Rough Trade for the purposes of administering the giveaway, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.
11. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participants by contacting us at [email protected].
12. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Rough Trade's Privacy Notice.
13. Rough Trade does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the giveaway or being selected for a prize, save that Rough Trade does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.
14. Rough Trade reserves the right to cancel the giveaway or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
15. The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
16. Accommodation and travel expenses are not included with prizes.

15. The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of an EU member state, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that member state.

1. Das Gewinnspiel wird von Rough Trade Retail Germany GmbH ('Rough Trade') veranstaltet.  
2. Mit der Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel bestätigen Sie, dass Sie zur Teilnahme berechtigt sind und nach den geltenden Gesetzen und Vorschriften Anspruch auf einen möglichen Gewinn haben.  
3. Pro Person ist nur eine Teilnahme erlaubt.  
4. Rough Trade übernimmt keine Verantwortung, falls die angegebenen Kontaktdaten unvollständig oder falsch sind.  
5. Nur Teilnehmer, die ihre Teilnahme vor dem auf der Gewinnspielseite angegebenen Stichtag und der Uhrzeit abschließen, sind gewinnberechtigt.  
6. Der Preis ist nicht übertragbar, nicht austauschbar und es wird keine Barauszahlung angeboten.  
7. Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, den Preis durch einen gleichwertigen oder höherwertigen Preis zu ersetzen, wenn dies aufgrund von Umständen, die außerhalb unserer Kontrolle liegen, erforderlich ist.  
8. Die Entscheidung von Rough Trade in Bezug auf das Gewinnspiel ist endgültig und bindend. Ein rechtlicher Anspruch auf den Gewinn besteht nicht. Es wird keine Korrespondenz darüber geführt.  
9. Der Teilnehmer wird innerhalb einer Woche nach Ablauf der Teilnahmefrist per E-Mail benachrichtigt.  
10. Mit der Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel erklären Sie sich damit einverstanden, dass die von Ihnen angegebenen personenbezogenen Daten von Rough Trade ausschließlich zur Durchführung des Gewinnspiels und zu den in unserer Datenschutzerklärung beschriebenen Zwecken verarbeitet werden.  
11. Alle Teilnehmer können die Details der Gewinner bei uns unter [email protected] anfordern.  
12. Alle personenbezogenen Daten werden gemäß der Datenschutzerklärung von Rough Trade und den Vorschriften des Bundesdatenschutzgesetzes (BDSG) sowie der EU-Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO) verarbeitet.  
13. Rough Trade haftet nicht für Schäden, Verluste, Verletzungen oder Enttäuschungen, die den Teilnehmern infolge der Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel oder der Auswahl für einen Preis entstehen, außer im Falle von grober Fahrlässigkeit oder Vorsatz seitens Rough Trade. Diese Haftungsbeschränkung gilt nicht bei Verletzung des Lebens, des Körpers oder der Gesundheit.  
14. Rough Trade behält sich das Recht vor, das Gewinnspiel jederzeit ohne vorherige Ankündigung abzubrechen oder diese Teilnahmebedingungen zu ändern, sofern dies erforderlich ist.  
15. Das Gewinnspiel und diese Teilnahmebedingungen unterliegen dem Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland, und alle Streitigkeiten unterliegen der ausschließlichen Zuständigkeit der deutschen Gerichte.
