Numero
The Numero Group is a Chicago-based record label, dedicated to the preservation and celebration of lesser-known artists. Their exploration spans the globe and reaches deep into the recesses of music history to create compilations of previously released music, reissues of original albums, and creation of album reconstructions from a variety of musical genres.
The label's focus since its 2003 founding has been to research and preserve obscure recorded material and ephemera by artists and entrepreneurs who found little commercial success upon their material's initial release.
