Camera Obscura release their fifth studio album, Desire Lines via 4AD after a four year breather. The album is mellower and dreamier but the songs just as instant and essential. They relocated to Portland, Oregon to record the album and the results are a more atmospheric style, with rolling grooves, clean guitar hooks and vintage synth washes. However it's still Tracyanne's yearning and aching vocals that sets them apart.
