DZ Deathrays is a dance punk band hailing from Queensland, Australia. Formed in 2008, the band consists of Shane Parsons on vocals and guitar, Simon Ridley on drums and backing vocals, and Lachlan Ewbank on lead guitar and backing vocals since 2018.

Known for their energetic performances and infectious music, DZ Deathrays have become a prominent force in the Australian music scene. Drawing inspiration from various genres such as punk rock, garage rock, and electronic music, they have created a unique sound that sets them apart.
