Nuclear Blast is a German independent label that specializes in metal and related music styles. Founded in 1987 by Markus Staiger, the label has become a prominent force in the metal industry. With their headquarters located in Donzdorf, Germany, Nuclear Blast Europe serves as a label, mailorder service, wholesale distributor, fulfillment service, and distribution center for several labels across Europe. In addition to their European presence, Nuclear Blast America operates as a US company with similar business tasks in collaboration with Century Media. They also have a South American branch working alongside Century Media.

Fear Factory is a Groove Metal/Industrial Metal band from Los Angeles, California formed in 1989. The band was initially called Ulceration and was started by Dino Cazares (Guitars) and Raymond Herrera (Drums). They later added Burton C. Bell (Vocals) and Christian Olde Wolbers (Bass) after changing their name to Fear Factory.

Influenced by British Grindcore and extreme music such as Napalm Death and Godflesh, Fear Factory has pioneered a hybrid of Death Metal, Industrial Metal, Alternative Metal, and electronic music throughout their career.

Although their first album "Concrete" from 1991 wasn't released until 2002, it marked the debut production job for Ross Robinson who would go on to produce bands like Korn, Machine Head, and Slipknot.

Despite experiencing strong personal differences leading to break-ups in 2002 and subsequent hiatuses, Fear Factory re-formed multiple times with various lineup changes. In late 2020, founding member Burton C. Bell left the band but they announced on February 21st, 2023 that they have recruited Milo Silvestro as their new vocalist.

In 2012, Fear Factory released their ninth studio album, The Industrialist. The album is a concept record that tells the story of a machine that becomes self-aware and turns on its creators. The album features a mix of heavy, crushing riffs and electronic elements, with Bell's powerful vocals soaring over the top. The original recording featured a drum machine and now the band is finally happy to present the music with real drums, recorded by current drummer Mike Heller.

Re-Industrialized was produced by Rhys Fulber, who had previously worked with the band on Demanufacture and Obsolete. The album was released to critical acclaim, with many critics praising its innovative sound and thought-provoking themes.

After being long out of print on vinyl, in 2023, Nuclear Blast Records proudly present a stunning new edition of this album expanded with five bonus tracks and re-recorded drums.
