This King Crimson album is significant insofar as the actual concerts it's taken from are so recent - August and September this year - as King Crimson became one of the first bands to undertake a full US tour since lockdown. It also appears that the Washington DC concert was the last KC gig in North America - where the band first toured back in October 1969. (When KC performed its debut gig in the US in '69, '21st Century Schizoid Man' was the set opener. When they played in Washington this year, it was the final piece played). The audience that night attended a very special gig and this is a permanent record of it.
