Parlophone is an anglicization of the German [l=Parlophon] label, registered as a trademark in 1902 by Max Straus and Heinrich Zuntz of [b]Salon Kinematograph Co. GmbH[/b], later merged into [l=Carl Lindström A.-G.]. The first Parlophon records are pressed in 1910. 

By 1923, Parlophone proper appears in London administered by English Lindström branch known as [l311921],  Parlophon records were pressed in London and sold locally. By 1926 extended operations extended to press for export in Australia (#cat A) until the australian factory [l=Parlophone Co. Ltd.] was created somewhere the next year. These companies were subsequently taken over by [l97841] in 1927, following its acquisition of [l275192] in 1926, thus becoming a constituent part of [l293204] (EMI) when that company merged with [l253617] in 1931.

The label largely operated as a Jazz and Novelty label until manager, [a=George Martin], signed the [a=The Beatles] in 1962. As a result of its subsequent success and profile, the label was earmarked for phasing out in 1973 in favour of [l=EMI] (the label), however the parlophone imprint continued to be used by registered trademark owner [l=EMI Records Ltd.] and affiliated companies.

In September 2012 following the acquisition of [l1330982]'s US and Asian interests by [l=Universal Music Group], Parlophone and the former EMI Records Ltd. were merged as the [l806790] (PLG Holdco Ltd.) and spun off to be sold. 

They were sold to [l=Warner Music Group] in March 2013.
The Parlophone label is now owned by [l=Parlophone Records Ltd.], the re-named EMI Records Ltd., itself a subsidiary of [l=Warner Music International].

The Beatles were not part of the Parlophone Label Group and their catalogue was acquired by [l=Universal].

Kylie Minogue is an Australian/British singer, songwriter, and actress born on May 28, 1968 in Melbourne, Australia. She gained global recognition for her role as Charlene Mitchell in the soap opera "Neighbours." Starting her music career in 1987 with Mushroom Records, she achieved success with her cover-version of Little Eva's "Locomotion," which topped the Australian charts for seven weeks. Collaborating with pop producers Stock, Aitken & Waterman until 1992, she then signed with dance label Deconstruction to embark on a new phase in her career.

Despite facing breast cancer diagnosis in 2005 and taking an 18-month hiatus from her career, Kylie made a remarkable comeback by resuming her "Showgirl Tour" after treatment and surgery. Recognized for her contributions to music and culture, she received an OBE from the Queen of United Kingdom and was honored with the French cultural award “Chevalier de L’ordre des Arts et Lettres.” With numerous successful albums like "Light Years" (2000), "Fever" (2001), and "Aphrodite" (2010), Kylie has solidified herself as a prominent figure in the industry.

To celebrate 20 years of Kylie Minogue’s ninth studio album Body Language, the album is pressed on vinyl for the first time, on a special limited edition red blooded vinyl.

Body Language includes the number one hit single 'Slow' and massive hits 'Chocolate' and 'Red Blooded Woman' and is certified platinum in the UK. Originally released November 2003, Body Language followed the release of 2000’s Light Years and Fever in 2001. It was these three albums which transformed Kylie into the singular-named, pop-icon that she is known and loved by today, giving her adopted British national treasure status.

Body Language was a further development in her sound that saw her dominate pop music in the early 2000’s releasing some of the biggest dance tracks of the past 30 years including ‘Spinning Around’, ‘Love At First Sight’ and ‘Can’t Get You Out Of My Head’. Body Language continued this rich vein, exploring genres such as synth-pop, electroclash, R&amp;B and hip-hop.
