Marco Beltrami is an American film composer and conductor known for his work on Hollywood blockbusters since the mid-90s. He has collaborated with renowned filmmakers such as Wes Craven, Guillermo del Toro, and Michael Bay. Beltrami's breakthrough came in 1996 when he composed music for Craven's iconic slasher film "Scream." Since then, he has become a sought-after composer in the horror/thriller and action genres. Beltrami has received numerous industry awards and nominations, including two Academy Awards nominations for Best Original Score.

Beltrami graduated from prestigious music schools before relocating to Los Angeles to further pursue his education.
