Los Angeles four piece, The Dream Syndicate, was formed in 1981 by Steve Wynn and Kendra Smith. Along with Karl Precoda and Dennis Duck, they created a unique blend of rock and psychedelic sound that defined the alternative music scene of the 1980s.
