Third Man Records was founded in 2001 by Jack White, Ben Swank, and Ben Blackwell in Detroit. In 2010, they established a physical location in Nashville, TN. The TMR building serves as the company headquarters and houses the label's offices, a vinyl record store, photo studio, dark room, and performance stage.
The label is best known for producing bands such as The White Stripes, The Raconteurs, and The Dead Weather. They have become synonymous with high-quality vinyl records and have created a strong presence in the music industry.
With their commitment to preserving the art of vinyl records and their dedication to supporting emerging artists, Third Man Records continues to be a driving force in the music e-commerce world.

Eleanor and Matthew Friedberger formed The Fiery Furnaces in New York City in 2000. Their debut album Gallowsbird’s Bark (Rough Trade Records) was released to critical acclaim in 2003. In the following seven years, they released eight more albums and toured extensively throughout North America, Europe, Australia and Japan. The band’s last performance was nearly a decade ago at the Primavera Sound Festival in Barcelona. In the meantime, Eleanor and Matthew have released eight solo albums, collectively. They are very pleased to return to the stage in their hometown Chicago, at Pitchfork Music Festival. Now comes a new 7" on Third Man records.
