The Monkees were an American pop rock group formed in November 1965. The band consisted of Davy Jones, Mike Nesmith, Peter Tork, and Micky Dolenz. Known for their catchy tunes and energetic performances, they quickly gained popularity during the 1960s.

Tragically, *Davy Jones* passed away on February 29, 2012. His charming vocals and dynamic stage presence will always be remembered by fans around the world.

*Peter Tork*, a multi-talented musician who contributed vocals, bass, keyboards, and guitar to The Monkees' sound, sadly left us on February 21, 2019. His musical versatility was a key element in the band's success.

*Michael Nesmith*, known for his distinctive voice and skilled guitar playing, sadly passed away on December 10th, 2021. His contributions to The Monkees' music will forever be cherished by fans old and new.
