Adele

Adele is a London-born singer-songwriter whose voice and plainspoken writing turned 19 into a striking debut in 2008. She followed it with the huge, heartbreak-shaped 21, then 25 and 30, keeping soul, pop and R&B at the centre while songs like Skyfall showed her range beyond the album format.
