Bethany Cosentino

Bethany Cosentino is a former child actress turned musician. She started writing music as a teenager and was previously part of the experimentalist drone group Pocahaunted. After a brief time at college in New York City, she returned to the West Coast and began recording lo-fi demos with Bob Bruno, whom she met in the Los Angeles music scene. These demos eventually became the first songs for Best Coast.
