Guru Guru

Guru Guru was an American rapper, producer, and a founding member of Gang Starr. Born on July 17, 1961 in Roxbury, Boston, Massachusetts, he was of Trinidadian descent. He adopted the stage name "Guru," which stood for "Gifted Unlimited Rhymes Universal." With his unique style and lyrical prowess, Guru made a significant impact on the hip-hop scene.

Throughout his career, Guru collaborated with various artists and produced groundbreaking music that resonated with fans worldwide. His contributions to Gang Starr's success cannot be overstated as they helped shape the sound of East Coast rap during the 1990s.
