<p>Jade Elizabeth Bird is a British singer, songwriter, and musician. Born in Hexham, Northumberland, England on October 1, 1997, she has quickly made a name for herself in the music industry. In 2017, Bird embarked on a tour of the United States with Brent Cobb and played at South by Southwest in Austin, Texas. She also had the opportunity to open for acclaimed artists such as First Aid Kit and Son Little. With her band consisting of talented musicians Will Rees (Mystery Jets), Matt Johnson, and Jesske Hume, Bird released her debut EP Something American in July 2017. Her vocals have been described as raw and robust by Rolling Stone magazine who named her as an up-and-coming country artist to watch.</p>
