<p>Peter Tosh, born on October 19, 1944 in Grange Hill, Jamaica, was a renowned musician and reggae artist. He sadly passed away on September 11, 1987 in Kingston, Jamaica. Peter Tosh is known for his influential contributions to the reggae genre and his powerful lyrics that addressed social and political issues. As the father of Andrew Tosh, Adrian Tosh, and Tosh 1, his legacy lives on through his family's musical talents.</p>
