Son Lux is an American post-rock/alternative hip hop musician originally from Denver, Colorado and currently based in New York City. What began as a solo project by *Ryan Lott* has evolved into a full-fledged band with the addition of members *Rafiq Bhatia* and *Ian Chang*. With their 2015 release "Bones", Son Lux established themselves as a force to be reckoned with in the music industry.

Ryan Lott’s devastating vocal on Aquatic, guitarist Rafiq Bhatia’s blooming flower melismas on Labor, and drummer Ian Chang’s nearly inhuman rhythmic calculus on The Fool You Need illuminate a curious and delicate balance of precision and pain.
