These Arms Are Snakes is a hardcore/mathrock band that emerged from the remains of Killsadie and Botch, featuring former members of both. With their unique blend of aggressive sound and intricate rhythms, they quickly gained recognition in the music scene. However, after a successful run, the band decided to part ways in January 2010.
Influenced by bands like Young Widows, Bear Vs. Shark, and The Blood Brothers, These Arms Are Snakes created a distinct musical style that resonated with fans of hardcore and mathrock genres. Their energetic performances and thought-provoking lyrics captivated audiences worldwide.

And while These Arms Are Snakes’ full-length albums remain fitting testaments to the band’s frantic urgency and stylistic fluidity, there is a treasure trove of deep cuts buried on b-sides and split releases that further reinforce their position as one of the weirdest and wildest acts of the decade.
