12 Rods

12 Rods (also known as 12RODS and Twelve Rods) was an indie rock band from Minneapolis, Minnesota. Formed in Oxford, Ohio in 1992, the group later relocated to Minneapolis in 1995 where they were based until their disbandment in 2004. They reunited for one show in 2015 and "reformed" in 2021 with Ryan Olcott announcing a new album was in the works. A new live band was formed and a new record, "If We Stayed Alive," was formally announced for release on American Dreams and Husky Pants Records.
