Combustible Edison

Combustible Edison is an American lounge/jazz/easy listening band that was founded in the early 1990s in Providence, Rhode Island. The classic line-up consisted of *Miss Lily Banquette* (Liz Cox) on lead vocals and drums, *The Millionaire* (Michael Cudahy) on guitar, Nicholas Cudahy on bass, Peter Dixon on keyboards, and Aaron Oppenheimer on percussion.

With their unique blend of lounge, jazz, and easy listening music, Combustible Edison quickly gained popularity in the music scene. Their smooth melodies and stylish performances captivated audiences across the country.

Inspired by artists such as Esquivel!, Martin Denny, Arthur Lyman, Les Baxter, and Tak Shindo among others; Combustible Edison created a sound that transported listeners to a nostalgic era of sophistication and elegance. Their music evokes images of swanky cocktail lounges and glamorous parties.
