John Butler is an American-born Australian musician, born on April 1, 1975. He is the leader of The John Butler Trio. Originally from Torrance, California, his family moved to Pinjarra, Western Australia when he was 10.
Butler is known for his outspoken political beliefs and often uses his performances to advocate for peace, environmental protection, and worldwide love and respect.
He is married to Danielle Caruana.
