Marc Almond
Marc Almond is a UK singer, songwriter and performer. He was born on 9 July 1957 in Southport, Lancashire. In recognition of his contributions to the arts and sciences, work with charitable and welfare organisations, and public service outside the Civil service, he was awarded an OBE (The Most Excellent Order of the British Empire) in the New Year's Honours list in 2018.
