Rae Sremmurd is an American hip hop duo from Tupelo, Mississippi. Formed by brothers Slim Jxmmi and Swae Lee, they signed with Mike Will Made It's EarDrummers imprint in 2013. Their debut album, SremmLife, went platinum and they released their second album, SremmLife 2, in 2016. They also founded their own record label called SremmLife Crew Records.
Known for their hit single "Black Beatles" from Sremmlife 2, Rae Sremmurd reached number one on the US Billboard Hot 100 and achieved international success. Other popular songs include "No Type", "No Flex Zone", and "Swang", all of which have been certified platinum.
With a unique sound and energetic performances, Rae Sremmurd has made a significant impact on the hip hop scene. Their catchy hooks and infectious beats continue to captivate audiences worldwide.
