Eagle Rock is a multimedia production and distribution company that has been operating since 1997. With branches in London, New York, Toronto, Paris, and Hamburg, Eagle Rock has established itself as a leading player in the entertainment industry. Originally incorporated as a Public Limited Company by three former colleagues at [l69119], the company changed its name to Eagle Rock Entertainment Ltd in 2001. Known for acquiring and creating rights to recorded music, video, television, and other visual programming, Eagle Rock releases its own label compact discs and audio cassettes while also licensing these rights for various media.

Under the umbrella of Eagle Rock Entertainment Ltd are three divisions: Audio (including frontline, mid-price, and budget audio activities), Visual (featuring renowned artists such as [l19849] and [l72308]), and Pegasus budget audio and video. The company's commitment to delivering high-quality content has made it a trusted name in the industry.

Prior to changing its name on December 1st, 2020 to [l2255962], Eagle Rock Entertainment Limited was part of the Bolloré Group registered in France. As an influential player in the market with extensive experience spanning over two decades, Eagle Rock continues to shape the future of multimedia production and distribution.

Considered by many to be the first heavy metal band, Black Sabbath was formed in 1968 by Tony Iommi, Ozzy Osbourne, Geezer Butler and Bill Ward in Birmingham, UK. The band's original name was the Polka Tulk Blues Band (later shortened to Polka Tulk) and later on changed to Earth before becoming Black Sabbath inspired by an Italian horror movie of the same name.

The original line-up lasted until 1979, after which Osbourne was fired and replaced by Ronnie James Dio. Throughout the years, there were several line-up changes with only Tony Iommi and keyboardist Geoff Nicholls remaining as consistent members. In 1997, Iommi, Butler, Ward, and Osbourne reunited for touring purposes. In 2007, they toured together as Heaven & Hell featuring Dio-era members.

In 2011, it was announced that the original line-up would be recording and touring again but Bill Ward dropped out due to contract issues. The three remaining members continued without him and released "13" in 2013. Black Sabbath played their final live show in Birmingham in 2017 but Tony Iommi has stated that future music and live appearances are still possible.
